Designed for pH correction where the pH is less than 5.8 or to raise the pH higher than neutral. All NTX systems include a blending valve as standard for easy pH control.

Acidic water can cause corrosion of pipe-work and seals in the water line, causing costly damage. When water drops below 7 pH it becomes acidic (depending how low the pH drops) and may begin dissolving copper from your pipes. This reaction results in a green/blue stain on your tap fittings, in your sink, bath and shower recesses. These units effectively utilise neutralising media to lift the pH, which slowly dissolves into the water protecting the plumbing system from corrosion. The NTX systems also have the added benefit of a blending valve to further adjust the pH of the water.
