Returns Policy
Goods may only be returned for refund with prior approval from Filter Discounters. A re-stocking fee may apply if approval is granted. The goods will need to be in 'as new' condition.
Shipping

Please also note that the shipping rates for most items we sell are volume and weight based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page.
Errors with Pricing or Freight Calculations
in the event of an error on the website with item pricing and or the calculation of shipping costs, we reserve the right to contact you and advise you of the error and the correct pricing. You will have the right to cancel the order in this case for a full refund. We use our best endeavours to ensure all pricing and shipping weights and dims are accurate.

However, the customer needs to ensure the part or items ordered are fit for their needs and a suitable match for the requirements or particular machinery applications.
